Age: Young enough to have fun - and old enough to know how
What You Do For A Living: Writer and Lecturer
Home Life: Sharing a home in Exmouth with my partner Paul Strange and Mr Mars the cat.
If You Could Choose One Song To Be Played On Bay FM What Would It Be? Paul’s version og Need Your Love So Bad. I know it sounds cheesy, but he’s a brilliant musician and I love it when he sings for me.
What Is Your Favourite Genre’s of Music? Everything from baroque to blues.
What Do You Do In Your Spare Time? Muck about with family and friends, make pots and baskets, play with the cat, read, listen to the radio, do crosswords, sing vulgar music hall songs, play crazy gold, beachcomb... Basically , have a laugh.
What’s Your Favourite Food? My sister’s roast dinners. And cheesy chips. There I said it.
What’s Your Favourite Tipple? A nice cup of tea.
What Really Annoys You? That people in the world are starving while the earth’s resources are being squandered to fuel our throwaway lifestyle.
What Is Your Best Achievement to Date? Meeting Paul and moving to Exmouth to live near my family. And I’m very proud of some of my books.
Why Did You Want To Be Involved With Bay FM Radio? Radio’s my favourite medium, and Exmouth’s been a part of my life since childhood, so Bay FM provides the perfect opportunity to have fun while doing something for the community.
If You Could Spend An Evening With Anyone Famous Dead or Alive Who Would It Be, and Why? The Buddah - for total inspiration.
If You Won 2 Million On The Lottery, What Would You Do? ‘HINT HINT’ Something useful, I hope - it would be nice to leave the world a better place
